I am passionate about helping you find relief from the symptoms of stress.
It seems like everyone is stressed these days and as I looked for ways to manage my own stress, I was surprised to find that many of the symptoms that I thought were just part of aging were actually manageable by reducing the stress in my life and putting simple actions into place like a 10 minute walk each day and a short 10 minute journaling time.
I am the creator at What Empty Nest, which came about during a stressful time in my life when I was caring for an elderly parent, an infant grandson and had my youngest daughter move back home when her job became unstable during the pandemic in 2020.
At What Empty Nest we explore the reasons our nests are not-so-empty and how to keep those reasons from causing stressful symptoms that put our health at risk; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
We provide resources and encouragement to keep joy in our lives and order in our homes.
